By this civil application, applicant is seeking condonation of 17 days delay in filing first appeal challenging judgment and award dated 10.3.2015passed by Railway Claims Tribunal in O.A.308/2010.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for applicant and the averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for following order.
