This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed while granting bail vide order dated 5th May, 2016 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 931 of 2016 2.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that condition was complied after the applicant has been released on bail. It is submitted that applicant was residing with his relative at Girgaon and it is not possible for him to continue to reside there. It is further submitted that mother of the applicant would be undergoing knee surgery and the presence of the applicant is

Sknair 503-appp-1188-18.odt required to look after his mother who is residing within the jurisdiction of Charkop Police Station. It is submitted that presently condition be relaxed for a period of three months considering the illness of his mother. It is noted that bail was granted by this Court vide order dated 5th May, 2016 and for a period of two years, the applicant has complied the said directions. 3.

Considering the submissions advanced by the advocate for the applicant, at the moment condition (iv) stipulated in the order dated 5th May, 2016 is relaxed for a period of three months. During the said period applicant shall not try to contact the prosecutrix or tamper with the evidence.

Application stands disposed off.
