P.C.:- By this application the Applicant has sought transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-26 of 2018, which is pending before the Family Court at Latur to the Family Court, Kolhapur. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant as well as the Respondent submits that presently the Respondent-husband is residing at Sangli whereas the Applicant -wife is residing at Kolhapur. They have stated that the proceedings under DV Act are filed before the learned J.M.F.C., Kolhapur and that even otherwise the Respondenthusband is required to attend these proceedings at Kolhapur. They concede that it will be convenient to both the parties if the Marriage Megha 1/2
Megha 7_mca_294_2018.doc Petition No. A-26 of 2018 is transferred from Family Court at Latur to the Family Court at Kolhapur. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Marriage Petition No.A-26 of 2018, which is pending before the Family Court at Latur is transferred to the Family Court, Kolhapur.

The learned Judge, Family Court, Latur is hereby directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of the Marriage Petition No.A26 of 2018 to the Family Court, Kolhapur, by following necessary procedure. The parties to appear before the Family Court, Kolhapur on 14.1.2019.
