This application is moved for restoration of Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 19.09.2018 by this Court. On 19.09.2018, inadvertently, the learned counsel for the applicant could not appear before the Court and, therefore, the matter was dismissed for non-prosecution.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that hereafter he will attend the matter. Hence, he prays for restoration of Writ Petition.

In view of the above submission and the reasons mentioned in the application, the order dated 19.09.2018 of dismissal of Writ Petition is hereby recalled. Writ Petition is restored to its original file with interim order if any.

Criminal Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of.
