This Application is filed by the Original Accused No.15, Miten Anil Pandya, seeking extension of time for complying the conditions as per Order dated 22nd September 2022, passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 1618 of 2021. It is stated in the Application that necessary documents alongwith surety are already submitted before the Registry of the Sessions Court, Mumbai and same is pending for scrutiny and verification. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection for extension of time for a period of 2 weeks. However, considering the reasons given in the Application, time can be extended by a period of four weeks from today. 1/2
