In view of these changed circumstance, appellants seek leave to withdraw the Appeals, with liberty to approach the trial Court. Leave granted. Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. 3) It is clarifed that, I have not heard the appellants on merits. The trial Court to decide the respective bail applications on its own merits.

4) Insofar as, Omkar Sanjay Pise is concerned, he is granted a week's time to surrender to the concerned Investigating Offcer i.e. on/or before 23rd February, 2022. 5) Appeals are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
