The Petitioner has challenged order dated 27/09/2022 whereby the learned Additional Registrar, Konkan Division had remanded the matter to Tahasildar with direction to reconsider the issue of maintainability of the application.

It is stated that during pendency of the petition, learned Tahasildar has already decided the issue of maintainability. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that order of Tahasildar will be challenged in appropriate proceedings.
