By a detailed order dated 29.10.2015, this Court had granted interim protection to the applicant. The learned APP on instructions submits that in the intervening period the applicant did co-operate with the Investigating Agency for the purpose of investigation. On instructions, she further submits that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the above, the interim protection granted by order dated 29.10.2015 is hereby confirmed. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
