This application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition No.2933 of 2013. Said writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court on 29th November 2013. The main relief claimed in the writ petition was transfer of investigation in CR. No. I-44/2013 registered with Bhoisar Police Station to the State CID. Learned APP having taken instructions makes a statement that investigation in the said CR is already over and charge-sheet has been filed in the competent Court. In these circumstances, nothing survives in the writ petition. We are, therefore, not inclined to grant this application and the same is accordingly dismissed.
