Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal under section 14 (2) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The delay is of 37 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the application, the delay of 37 days is condoned in the interest of justice. The application for condonation of delay is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of. 3.
