The applicant is facing accusations in C.R. which is registered on 26/5/2018 with Mahim Police Station and which invoke sections 420, 406, 120 B of IPC since he has approached this court since he is apprehending his arrest in the C.R. which has been registered four years back. The learned APP on instructions of Mr. Chaudhari, API, who is present in the court state that he do not desire to interrogate the applicant by taking him into custody as the transactions are based on documentary evidence.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, I pass the following Ashish Mhaske

: ORDER :

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest Applicant-Dattaram Tukaram Shinde shall be released on bail in connection with C.R.No. 180 of 2018 registered with Mahim Police Station on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (c) The applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station from 16/11/2022 to 18/11/2022, between 3:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m and thereafter as and when directed. (d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer.
