By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner has impugned the notice dated 3rd December, 2021 issued by the Tahsildar Sinnar, District Nashik. Admittedly, the Tahsildar Sinnar, District Nashik has issued the impugned notice without giving a hearing to the Petitioner. In view thereof, we pass the following order : (i) The Tahsildar Sinnar, District Nashik shall hear the Petitioner on 27th January, 2022 at 12.00 noon and after considering the oral as well as written submissions, if any, pass a speaking order qua the subject issue. (ii) All contentions of the parties are kept open. Corrected/modified order as per Speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated 8th February, 2022

(iv) In the meantime and in the event of the order passed by the Tahsildar Sinnar, District Nashik being against the Petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a period of three weeks from the date of service of the same on the Advocate for the Petitioner.
