Present petition is filed for transferring investigation in C.R Nos.35 of 2021 and 56 of 2021. According to us, the grounds mentioned in the petition are frivolous.

Even otherwise, as a matter of fact, investigation of said crime has been conducted by Police and final report as contemplated u/s.173(2) of Cr.P.C is filed against accused namely Sahil @ Nonya Attar.

The contention of Petitioner is that, her daughter was kept in a room which was not authorized by law, is a disputed question of fact. It further appears

We do not find any merit in the petition. The petition is dismissed in limine.
