Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19th March, 2018. Applicant was directed to furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, within a period of six weeks of her release on cash bail. The cash facility was granted for a period of six weeks. Subsequently, applicant had preferred an application for extension of time to furnish sureties which was granted by order dated 16th August, 2018 and the time was extended by six weeks. It is submitted that applicant has already furnished sureties and the

Sknair 505-appp-1194-18.odt report of verification of the accused is sought by the Court, it would take some more time. Hence, it is prayed that extension of four weeks be granted to the applicant.

In the aforesaid circumstances, time to furnish sureties is extended by four weeks from today.
