Learned advocate for the original complainant states that the petitioners have complied with the order and both the parties have amicably settled their disputes by consent terms on 14th September, 2022. The copy of consent terms is annexed along with the affidavit.

In that view of the matter, the proceedings being C.C. No. 2368 of 2019, C.C. No. 2650 of 2019 and C.C. No. 2938 of

SSA 905-WP.6620.2021.doc 2019 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court at Bhoiwada stands set aside.

The petitioners are allowed to withdraw the cash bonds submitted before the learned Trial Court. 4.
