DATE: DECEMBER 21, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No.753 of 2021 registered with Charkop Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the IPC.

2] Perused the contents in the FIR and complainant preferred against the Applicant Vishal N. Bhuptani by the complainant Rajesh O. Thakkar under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 3] Apart from suppression of the said proceedings by the complainant in the FIR, there is material to prima facie believe that Applicants and complainant were having certain business transactions. 1/2

910 ABA-3091-21.doc That being so, in the absence of specific material, it cannot be ruled out that Applicants are falsely implicated. As such, the case for prearrest bail is made out. 4] In the event of the arrest of the Applicants in C.R. No.753 of 2021 registered with Charkop Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the IPC, Applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station from 10th January, 2022 to 16th January, 2022 between 10.00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon and thereafter as and when directed.
