At the request of the Learned Advocate appearing for the Appellants, the names of the Respondent Nos.3 to 7 are allowed to be deleted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The Learned Advocates appearing for the parties have now tendered Consent Terms dated 08.08.2017. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the Second Appeal be disposed off in terms of Consent Terms marked 'X'

The signatories to the Consent Terms are present in Court. This Court has enquired from each of them whether they have understood the contents of the Consent Terms. They have answered in the affirmative and submitted that the said Consent Terms are explained to them in Marathi. They have also stated that they

The said Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the respective parties.
