In furtherance of the order dated 1st February 2018, the Applicant No. 2 has deposited the said amount of Rs.7,00,000/- in the registry of this Court. After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the Applicant No. 2 for further investigation for present crime is not necessary. 2.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted to Applicant No. 2 by an order dated 13th October 2017, hereby confirmed. 3.
