This interim application is filed for speaking to minutes of the order dated 13th July 2021 (earlier speaking to minutes order) in Interim Application No.1466 of 2021. AVK 1/3

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that Interim Application No.1466 of 2021 was filed for carrying out corrections / modifications in the order dated 29th January 2020 and accordingly vide speaking to minutes of order dated 13th July 2021, the said corrections / modifications were directed and carried out.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel that later on he realized that the original order dated 29th January 2020 was correct and no corrections / modifications were required to be carried out in the same. Accordingly, he has filed the present interim application requesting to restore the earlier order dated 29th January 2020.

The corrections / modifications carried out as per order dated 13th July 2021 stand cancelled and the original order dated 29th January 2020 stands restored. The order be corrected accordingly.
