The grievance of the petitioner was for seeking benefit of trial under the Juvenile Justice Act, 2000 (as amended). 3.

It is stated in the report that after completion of trial the petitioner has now been transferred to Morshi Open Prison since 28.07.2019.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
