1] The prisoner-petitioner through the two communications claims that he should be given police protection for his production before the Court whenever his matter is scheduled to come up.

2] Learned APP has pointed out that at Bazarpeth Police Station and Mahatma Phule Police Station, there are 7 ofences registered against this person (prisoner). Other letter sent by very same prisoner shows that at Kulgaon Police Station, Karjat Police Station, Saphale Police Station, Khadakpada Police Station and Dongri Police Station, 7 Dinesh Sherla 1/2

3] Learned APP also points out that as and when attendance of the prisoner is necessary in any matter, subject to availability of escort, the prisoner will be taken to jail in appropriate custody.

4] We accept the above statement of learned APP and dispose of both the petitions.

5] Copy of this order be communicated to the prisoner in Jail.
