RULE. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned Counsel for the parties. We partly allow the Petition. We direct Respondent No.1 to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 7th June, 2017 in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and also Respondent No.5 and all concerned authorities, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, preferably within four weeks from the date of conclusion of the hearing.

We also direct Respondent No.1/ Competent Authority of the Corporation to fix the date of hearing in near future, preferably in February, 2023.
