Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that in the present proceedings, petitioner is challenging the order passed by authority for remanding the case to the respondent no.3 for deciding on its own merits. He submits that during the pendency of the present matter, District Registrar, Co-operative Societies, G/N Ward passed final order on 19.8.2016. He placed on record photocopy of the said order. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. He submits that in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.
