This civil application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. The application is within time. The companion application, viz. Civil Application No.1874/2016, is for similar relief. This application is taken out by the Appellants (original Defendant Nos.1 to 4). Civil Application No.1873/2016 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The Appellants to carry out amendment within two weeks from today. In view of the disposal of the civil application, the other companion application, namely, Civil Application No.1874/2016, does not survive and the same is disposed of.
