By this application, the applicant has sought refund of an amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited before this Court pursuant to the order dated 21st November, 2011 passed by this Court (Coram : R.V. More, J.) in Writ Petition No. 2899 of 2011.

Heard Mr. M.M. Agavekar, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Prabha Badadare for respondent no.1 and Mr. M.G. Patil, learned APP for the State.

It is seen that the applicant had deposited an amount of Rs.50,000/- towards 50% of arrears of maintenance. The writ petition has subsequently been disposed of.

In view of the disposal of writ petition, the amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) deposited before this Court is ordered to be refunded to the applicant alongwith accrued interest, if any. 5.
