This is an application for modification of the condition of attendance of the concerned police station by the applicant in different crimes registered against him in different police stations at Mumbai. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in Criminal W.P. No.2818/2016 preferred by the applicant, the Division Bench of this Court has directed to form a Special Investigation Team to be headed by the Assistant

2 /2APPP-914-16-906 Commissioner of Police Mumbai to investigate the crimes registered against the applicant. The record reveals that the applicant is arraigned as an accused in six different crimes as on today. This Court while granting interim relief has directed the applicant to attend the concerned police station on stipulated dates and time.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to over lapping schedule of the timing to be attended before the different police stations, it is very difficult for the applicant to follow the directions issued by this Court. He therefore submitted that the applicant may be permitted to attend the concerned police station as per the Schedule given in prayer clause (a) of the application. In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application till 30.11.2016 the applicant is permitted to attend the concerned police stations as per the Schedule given in prayer clause (a) of the application. 3.
