After the appeal was heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that it would in the interest of the appellant that the suit itself is decided at an early date. The submission is fair.

Accordingly, the appellant is at liberty to approach the Trial Court with a request to decide the suit at the earliest. Considering the nature of the dispute, the learned Trial Judge shall endavour to dispose of the suit as early as possible.
