After considering the facts of this case and the purpose for which the impugned order was passed, I am of the view that the impugned order deserves to be amended to some extent. The impugned order, directing to provide residential house is stayed on following conditions : The Petitioner shall pay the maintenance amount regularly and shall the clear arrears, if any, in one week from today. In addition, the petitioner shall pay Rs. 7,500/- per Borey 1/2

spb/ 911wp4328-15.sxw month from the date of the application to the respondent no.1, as and by way of accommodation expenses.

Hearing of the appeal is expedited.

Petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
