These petitions shall be disposed of by a common order, as the issues involved in these petitions are identical and the facts and situations are also squarely covered by Government Resolution (G.R.) dated 29th October 2021, copy of which is taken on record and marked '

A' for identification, about which there is no dispute.

The petitions are, therefore, allowed in terms of the said G.R. dated 29th October 2021. It is directed that the benefits flowing from the said G.R. be extended to all the Petitioners within a period of three months from the date of this order. 4.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
