Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.3 to decide the petitioner's representation/application, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit B, page 8 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the respondent No.3 shall decide the petitioner's said representation/application independently on its own merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to remain present before the respondent No.3 on 5th February, 2018, at 11.00 am along with copy of the said representation/application as well as copy of this order. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
