On 30th November, 2017 learned counsel for the respondent informed the Court that the interim order pertain to payment of bonus and ex-gratia payment prior to Diwali and the said amount had been paid. Thereafter the matter was listed on 18th December, 2017 when once again none appeared for the petitioners.

Today, the matter is listed for dismissal. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions either to proceed 1/2
