This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 94 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 1.7.2010 passed by Commissioner for Workman's Compensation and Judge, 5th Labour Court, Mumbai in Application No.726/C-224-07. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for Mohite 1/2

i) Delay of 94 days in filing First Appeal is condoned.
