The above Contempt Petition has been filed in view of the fact that the Petitioner was not made a member of the Respondent No.1 society in spite of the order passed by a Learned Single Judge of this Court dated 19.11.2013. The above Contempt Petition was adjourned from time to time so as to enable the Respondent No.1 society to make compliance. Today, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner tenders a compilation of documents amongst which is the letter dated 02.07.2015 issued to the Petitioner by the Respondent No.1 society informing him that his application for membership as nominee of Gangubai Nandlal Lokhande has been accepted in the meeting of managing committee held on 26.06.2015 and the resolution to the said effect has been passed. The BGP.
CP-621-14.doc 21.07.2015 compilation also contains the share certificate in respect of the flat in question on the reverse of which the entry in the name of the Petitioner and his sister-in-law has been effected on 08.07.2015. The compilation also contains the maintenance bill for July 2015 which has been issued in the name of the Petitioner and his sister-in-law by the society. In view of the compliance now being done by the Respondent No.1 society, the Petitioner does not desire to pursue the Contempt Petition. In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition to stand disposed of. The compilation containing the aforesaid documents is taken on record. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
