Learned Counsel for the parties state that the disputes between the parties have been amicably sorted out. Accordingly, they pray that the Registry to indicate that this petition stands disposed of by order dated 21st March 2018.

2] In addition, they apply for discharge of court receiver. They seek directions to the effect that the respondent who is in possession of the suit premises as the Agent of Court Receiver shall hand over possession of the suit premises back to the petitioner, by

YBG 24-wp-11893-17 directing discharge of court receiver after handing over symbolic possession of the suit premises to the petitioner on payment of usual costs, charges and expenses.

3] The Court Receiver is present in Court and submits that an order to the aforesaid effect may be made subject to parties defraying costs, charges and expenses of the Receiver without passing accounts.

4] Accordingly, the Court Receiver as well as respondents to handover symbolic and physical possession of the suit premises to the petitioner. Court Receiver is accordingly discharged. Parties to defray costs, charges and expenses to the Court Receiver without passing accounts.
