We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner alleges reversion without proper procedure and without notice to the petitioner.

The petitioner would have a remedy of appeal before the Commissioner under Rule 14(1)(e) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964. 4.

In view of that the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal. No costs. 5.

In that event all contentions are kept open.

If the appeal is filed within 15 days from today, the same shall be considered as within limitation.
