Mr. Shirish Gupte, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, states that the petitioners have already filed discharge application before the trial Court in the year March, 2011 and the same is pending. In the above circumstances, he seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to prosecute the discharge application before the trial Court. Leave with liberty is granted. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since the application for discharge is pending since 2011, the concerned learned Magistrate shall hear the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of the order.
