Heard Mr.Saraogi, the learned counsel for the applicant.
It appears that a statement was made before this court on 21st January 2015 that the applicant had filed a police complaint against respondent no.2, after receipt of threats from respondent no.2. It also appears that the applicant had requested avk 1/3
for sometime to enable him to produce a copy of the complaint, and as such, the matter was adjourned till 4th February 2015. All this is reflected in the order dated 21st January 2015. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant states that no police complaint with respect to the alleged threats given by respondent no.2 to the applicant has been lodged. Mr.Saraogi, the learned counsel for the applicant, states that this statement was made on the basis of the instructions, and that some incident has indeed taken place. It is, however, a fact that no police complaint with respect to the alleged incident has been lodged.
Under the circumstances, I am not inclined to direct the transfer of the matter. It is, however, made clear that it would be open for the applicant to report the matter with respect to the threats allegedly received by him to the police, for further appropriate action.

Needless to say, that, in the event of such a complaint being made, the police shall take further appropriate action in the matter, in accordance with law.
In view of this, the learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application. The application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands dismissed as such.
