Heard learned Counsel for parties.
.By this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the orders dated 30th August, 2018 and 5th June, 2009 passed by the Respondent No.2 Scheduled Tribe Certifcate Scrutiny Committee, Pune invalidating the Petitioner's right to claim as belonging to Thakar, Scheduled Tribe with further directions to Respondent No.3 not to take any adverse action for want of /
18-wp-14736-2018.doc caste validity certifcate.

On the basis of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Respondent that the Petitioner has committed suppression and misrepresentation before the Committee, when this Court declined to entertain the present Writ Petition, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Petition with liberty to fle appropriate proceedings before appropriate authority. To that effect he has given writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.
