The only prayer pressed by learned Counsel for the Petitioners is that S.L.R. Appeal No. 1890 of 2018 filed by the Petitioners before the Respondent No. 2-District Superintendent of Land Record, Thane, be decided expeditiously.

We accede to the request and accordingly direct the Respondent No. 2-District Superintendent of Land Record, Thane, to decide the S.L.R. Appeal No. 1890 of 2018 expeditiously. 3.

The Petitioners to appear before the Respondent No. 2-District Superintendent of Land Record on 18th November, 2019 at 11.00AM along with a copy of this order when appropriate directions shall be issued as to the hearing of the Appeal.
