DATED : 4th APRIL, 2022 P.C:- By the present application, the legal heirs of respondent no.5 who have expired on 21/8/2021 are sought to be brought on record. There is a delay in bringing the application, being of 28 days, the said delay is also sought to be condoned. Considering the application, since the presence of the legal heirs is necessary on record, Application is allowed. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.
