When this appeal was called in the morning session, as also in the second session none appears for the Appellant. 3.

The appeal is directed against an ad-interim order dated 17/10/2014 passed by the Learned Trial Judge in Draft Notice of Motion in Suit No.2425/2014. It appears that the Notice of Motion is either pending hearing or disposed of. It appears that it is for this reason that the Appellant is not interested to pursue this Appeal. Even otherwise no ad-interim protection is granted in this Appeal. 4.

The appellant is at liberty to approach the Trial Court to pursue the Notice of Motion if it is pending. All contentions of the parties on the merits of the matter are kept open.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of. No costs. In view of disposal of the Appeal, Civil Application No.1283/2016 does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
