1] The grievance of the Petitioners is that the Revision filed by the Petitioners in the year 2019 before Respondent No.1 is not yet decided. 2] We have heard the learned AGP for the State.

3] In view of the fact that Revision filed by the Petitioners is still pending with Respondent No.1-Minister for Revenue, Respondent No.1 may, if possible, endevour to decide the said Revision expeditiously, of course, after hearing the parties preferably within six months on its own merits.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
