P.C.:- By a reasoned Order dated 3rd October, 2018, the Applicant was granted interim relief.

Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that, the principal accused namely Sanjay Patil, Bhagwan Vishe and Razak Shaikh have already been arrested by the Police and now, have been released on bail. The alleged threat call of extortion was given by the principal accused Bhagwan Vishe to the informant. The name of the Applicant has emerged on record as an associate of Sanjay Patil. It is to be noted here that, there is a delay of about 20 days in lodging the 1/2

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 3rd October, 2018 is hereby confirmed.
