Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

(i) Marriage Petition bearing No. 7 of 2016 filed by the Respondenthusband and pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai, Dist. Palghar, shall be converted into a petition for divorce by mutual consent. (ii) The parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai, Dist. Palghar, on 22nd September, 2017, at 11.00 a.m. when the learned Judge shall allow to convert Marriage Petition No. 7 of 2016 into a petition for divorce by mutual consent and shall forthwith grant

KPPNair -2divorce by mutual consent to the parties. (iii) The parties unconditionally withdraw all the allegations made by them against each other and/or their family members/relatives. (iv) The parties agree and undertake that they have no claim of whatsoever nature against each other.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.

Though the above Application is disposed of, parties are at liberty to apply in case of any difficulty.
