After arguing for sometime, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. V. S. Talsania seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission against the orders impugned in the above Petition. The Petitions are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the issue of limitation arises, the fact that the Petitioners were prosecuting the above Petitions in this Court can be urged by them before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
