In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file a substantive Appeal before the State Government.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty. It is needless to mention that, the Petitioner will get benefit as contemplated under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for the period in pursuing present Petition and as may be permitted under the provisions of law.
