On 06/10/2022, the application was withdrawn when I expressed my disinclination to entertain the application. Before the ink on the said order could dry, another application is moved on 20/10/2022 and learned counsel Ms.Khan submits that the counsel, who was then representing the applicant, was not instructed by the applicant to withdraw M.M.Salgaonkar

I do not think that this statement deserve to be accepted, as the particular counsel who has fled his vakalatnama, can always take steps in the better interest of the applicant rather than inviting an adverse order. Accordingly, when the Court expressed it's disinclination to entertain the application, he preferred to withdraw the application.

Now, the applicant has again moved an application through Advocate Sana Raees Khan. I could have imposed costs on the applicant for indulging into such an act, but I have restrained myself from taking any such step in view of the apology tendered by the learned counsel Ms.Khan. 2.

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands disposed off.
