Heard Ms. Shweta Varadkar, counsel for the petitioners. 2.

According to her, even though the pleadings which is of quashing by consent, however, the petitioner no.1 and the complainant i.e. respondent no.2 have again started residing separate in view of their differences. As such, according to her, the quashing by mutual consent is not possible.

In response to the submission of the learned APP that the petitioners are already charge-sheeted, the counsel submits that the present petition shall not be pressed, however, liberty be granted. 4.

Petition is disposed of accordingly as not pressed, with liberty to

Needless to clarify that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter.
