The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed on account of the conditional order dated 23/09/2016 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court. By the said conditional order the Applicant/Petitioner was directed to remove the office objections on or before 15/10/2016 failing which the Petition was to stand dismissed for non-prosecution. On account of the default committed, the Petition stood dismissed in terms of the said conditional order. Since the Petition has been dismissed for non-removal of the office objections, it would be just and proper to grant one final indulgence to the Petitioner.
