The Civil Revision Application has been admitted. While the Civil Revision Application is pending the Applicant Petitioner has found that there is a third party in possession. Mr Thorat therefore seeks an interim injunction preventing the Respondent from creating third party rights. The third party in possession is not been joined. Having regard to these circumstances not only will there be an order in terms of prayer clause (a) but it is also clarified that possession of any third party will be subject to the outcome of the Civil Revision Application.
